PinFlow

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Pinsender, at https://pinsender.xyz, operates the PinFlow application. This is the Privacy Policy for that application. It is public, it does not require an account, and the full policy is on this page: https://pinsender.xyz/privacy.

Application

PinFlow is a web application at https://pinsender.xyz. A user uploads images they already own. PinFlow drafts Pinterest Pins from those images. The user reviews each Pin and chooses when it is published. If the user connects their own Pinterest account, PinFlow uses the official Pinterest API only for that account: to read the user’s profile, list the user’s boards, create Pins on boards the user selects, and read analytics for Pins created through PinFlow. PinFlow does not access other people’s Pinterest accounts and does not scrape Pinterest. The user can disconnect Pinterest in Settings. Account and Pinterest data can be deleted by emailing privacy@pinsender.xyz.

Information we collect

  • Account details you provide: name, email address, and password. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
  • Workspace settings, such as your website URL, brand colors, fonts, and publishing preferences.
  • Images and other files you upload, plus titles, descriptions, tags, and destination URLs you add.
  • Pin drafts you create in PinFlow, including titles, descriptions, and the boards you choose.

Pinterest data

If you connect a Pinterest account, you authorize PinFlow through Pinterest’s official OAuth flow. We only access the Pins, Boards, and profile of the Pinterest account you connect. We do not access other people’s private Pinterest accounts, and we do not scrape Pinterest.

With your permission, we may receive and store:

  • Your Pinterest user id, username, and account type.
  • OAuth access and refresh tokens, the scopes you granted, and token expiry, so we can act for you until you disconnect.
  • Boards you can publish to: board id, name, description, and pin count.
  • Pins we create or update on your behalf, and their Pinterest pin ids.
  • Analytics for Pins published through PinFlow, such as impressions, clicks, and related performance metrics Pinterest returns for your account.

We request these Pinterest permissions: read and write your boards, read and write your pins, and read your user account. We use that access only to list your boards, create or schedule Pins you approve, and show performance for those Pins inside your PinFlow workspace.

How we use information

  • To create and secure your account and workspace.
  • To analyze images and website content you submit so we can suggest Pin topics, copy, and boards.
  • To render Pin images from your own files. We do not replace your screenshots with generated lookalikes.
  • To publish or schedule a Pin only after you approve it, unless you explicitly turn on automatic scheduling.
  • To show analytics for Pins associated with your connected account.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell personal information or Pinterest data. We do not use Pinterest data to advertise to people outside your workspace, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Service providers

We use processors only to run PinFlow:

  • Supabase, for authentication, database storage, and file storage.
  • Cloudflare, to host the application.
  • An AI provider you enable (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI) to analyze content you submit and draft Pin copy. We send only the content needed for that request.
  • Pinterest, when you connect an account and when we publish or read analytics at your direction.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, workspace, and Pinterest connection data while your account is active. You can disconnect Pinterest in PinFlow Settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored Pinterest tokens and board connection from your workspace. You can also revoke PinFlow in your Pinterest account settings.

To delete your PinFlow account and the personal data and Pinterest data we store for it, email privacy@pinsender.xyz. We will delete the workspace data, uploaded files, and stored Pinterest tokens associated with that account, except where we must keep a record to meet a legal obligation.

Security

Pinterest tokens are stored for your workspace so the connection can be refreshed. Access to the service is limited to your signed-in account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
